Keras: Guardians Of Hades Series Book 7

Author: Felicity Heaton

Review:

Author Felicity Heaton hits the ball out of the park with this electrifying action-packed Book 7 of the Guardians Of Hades Series. Keras oldest son of Hades comes to life in this book where we finally learn about the impeccably dressed iceberg oldest brother. We discover his history with Enyo, the goddess of war and destruction, and why he avoids her.

This book taught me a lot about Greek Mythology with all the Gods, goddesses, and demigods and demigoddesses. I know I studied them in school, but they never came alive like they did in this book. Now don’t get me wrong I am aware the author configured the characters for her storyline but just mentioning their names caused a deep need to hit the internet and research who they were.

It is obvious that the author researched the history of the mythologic characters, and it added great depth to the storyline.

The storyline itself was emotional for me when it gets into Enyo and Kera’s past relationship to each other. It also opens the readers eyes to the real Keras and what drives his desire to protect and annihilate. Love abounds in this book both romantic and family so don’t worry about it being just fighting.

Lastly this book finally deals with the all the enemies in the other books plus additional stronger enemies.

Now that all the brothers got a book, I wondered what would happen to the series and I was more than pleased when the author mentioned Book 8: Thanatos, was coming in 2021. I am so excited, but you will need to read this book to find out why.
